The renovation of this house from 1910 includes the complete renewal of the interior shell. The step was immediately taken towards the installation of a heat pump and installation of solar panels. By using the existing spatial qualities such as a bay window room and niches in the walls, a unique atmosphere has been created within the home. The newly installed stairs provide a better route through the house and ultimately lead to the extra built top floor. New electrical installations in combination with high-quality architectural lighting within the newly made ceilings give the home extra quality. All floors, like the new bathrooms, have underfloor heating and contribute to a pleasant indoor climate. Everything was completed under the supervision of the architect.
